However, upon obtaining my copy, I was dismayed to find that the prose sections at the beginnings of the book were not included in the translation. This of course was secondary to my initial dismay at the fact there is no table of nita included in the book, translated or otherwise. I was forced to page thru the book to find the part where the recipes ONLY had been translated into English.
I will at this point stand and receive my due slings and arrows I deserve for not being fluent in Spanish. However, this should not detract from the fact that this should be considered an incomplete translation.
